Haley Guarriello is from the small town of Terryville, CT and attended Western New England University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Studies (2022) and Doctorate of Pharmacy (2024) degrees. She completed a PGY-1 in acute inpatient care at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, CT. Since residency, she has been working at Midstate Medical Center in Meriden, CT and recently transitioned to her role as an Emergency Medicine Pharmacist in March of 2026. 

She was inducted into the Delta Tau chapter of AZO in spring of 2021. She has been heavily involved in AZO since the start, attending every convention since she was inducted! She served as our Supreme Undergraduate Representative in 2022 and was awared the Jay L. Pollock Undergraduate Acheivement Award at the Orlando Winter Convention in 2024. Haley has stayed involved in Supreme since graduating serving as Philanthropy Committee Chair and Supreme Historian. She is also in her second year of being a member of the Supreme Communications & Outreach Committee in which she helps to update the AZO website (it's me hi!) and emailing lists. 

She spends her free time visting Rhode Island, reading on her Kindle, working on crafts, and spending time with her family.
