Jonathan McLachlan hails from southeastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Toledo in 2012. He joined the Sigma Chapter in Fall 2008 and has served in many roles in the chapter both as an undergraduate and as an alum. The Sigma Chapter nominated him for the Ephraim G. Sless Award in 2020. In addition to his current role as Supreme Directorum, Jon has served terms as the Supreme First and Second Sub-Directorum, Supreme Excheque, the Ephraim G. Sless Scholarship Fund Chairperson, Supreme Bellarum, AZOan Editor and Director of Continuing Education. Professionally, he works in professional affairs for AllianceRx Walgreens Prime in Canton, MI. He is a registered pharmacist in nine states and holds the Certified Specialty Pharmacist credential. Jon is married to Vicki McLachlan, PNP, who is currently serving as the President of the National Auxiliary. Jon and Vicki enjoy spending time with their dog-ter, Shelby.
Supreme 1st Sub-Directorum
Nicole was born and raised in Oceanside, NY. She was introduced to the Tau Chapter at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2009. She has held multiple positions at the undergraduate level including Historian, Recording Signare, Fundraising Chair, Directorum and Supreme Undergraduate Representative. Nicole's involvement with Alpha Zeta Omega only continued upon graduating in 2012; since graduation she has held the supreme positions of Historian, Azoan Editor, co-philanthropy chair, Associate Signare, and Signare. Nicole is a Pharmacy Business Consultant at Cardinal Health.
Supreme 2nd Sub-Directorum
Adam Schweitzer is originally from Indiana and attended college at The University of Toledo in Ohio. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Human Resource Management. Since joining Alpha Zeta Omega in 2009, Adam has held many positions including Pledgemaster, Bellarum, and Alumni Signare on a chapter level and Supreme Undergraduate Representative, Supreme Associate Signare, and AZOan Editor among others on a national level. Adam is now a New Hampshire resident working in Waltham, Massachusetts as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for Dassault Systems.
Nicole Hodgdon was born in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, but spent the majority of her life in Connecticut. She graduated from University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy in 2016, acquiring her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and PharmD along the way. She had the fortune of pledging the Nu Chapter in the fall of 2010. She held numerous offices on the chapter level, including Philanthropy Co-Chair, Pledgemaster, Directorum and Professional Chair, before becoming involved with Supreme and serving as the Special Fundraising Projects Co-Chair, Historian, Bellarum, AZOan Editor, and Associate Signare. She interned for CVS Health and Natchaug Hospital during her years at UConn and, upon graduation, signed with CVS Health as a pharmacist. She now works as a pharmacy manager for CVS on the Connecticut shoreline.
Supreme Associate Signare
Kelly Garrity was born and raised in Woburn, MA, just 20 minutes north of Boston. She graduated from the accelerated nursing program with her BSN from MCPHS University in Boston in 2017 and currently works as a registered nurse full time at Massachusetts General Hospital and part time at Encompass Health Rehab Hospital of New England. Since her induction to the Tau Chapter of Alpha Zeta Omega in the spring of 2015, Kelly has held multiple positions on a chapter level such as Community Service Chair as an undergrad, as well as Signare, Bellarum, and Sub-Directorum as an alumni; she is currently serving as the Tau Alumni Directorum for this fraternal year. Kelly was selected as the recipient of the Ephraim G Sless Award by her chapter in 2020. Her involvement in AZO extends to the Supreme level as well, having been appointed to numerous supreme positions such as Philanthropy Co-Chair, Sidney R. Rome Newspaper Cup Chair, AZOan Editor, and EG Sless Scholarship Chair before being elected into the Supreme Associate Signare role. When Kelly is not working one of her three jobs (MGH, Encompass Health, and AZO), she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, traveling often, and visiting friends from other chapters.
Alyssa Schweitzer was raised in the small town of Hollis, New Hampshire and stayed there until moving to Boston to attend Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2016. Alyssa was inducted into the Tau Chapter in the spring on 2012 and held many positions on the undergraduate level including Recording Signare, Bellarum, and Directorum. She has continued to serve Tau Alumni as Historian, Recording Signare, and currently as Excheque. Alyssa has had the fortune to serve on the Supreme level as Good and Welfare Chair and AZOan Editor. She has returned to her roots and is currently living back in Southern New Hampshire with her husband Adam and their dog Zoey. Alyssa works as a Clinical Resource Pharmacist for PillPack Pharmacy.
Supreme Undergraduate Representative
Bailey Conkey grew up in Grafton, Massachusetts and now lives in Coventry, Connecticut. She is currently in her third professional year of pharmacy school at the University of Connecticut. Bailey joined the Nu Chapter of AZO as a freshman in fall 2017, and she has served as the Nu Undergraduate Representative and Bellarum, as well as various committee positions. Since her freshman year, she has known that AZO is where she belongs and has wanted to get more involved on the Supreme level. Bailey works as a sterile products pharmacy intern at Hartford Hospital and is involved in various organizations at UConn such as SCCP, Phi Lambda Sigma, Honors Across State Borders, and Rho Chi. She is passionate about health equity and hopes to work closely with underserved populations in her career as a pharmacist.
Supreme Associate Undergraduate Representative
Felicia Wang was born & raised in Los Angeles, California and is currently in her last year of pharmacy school at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in Boston, MA. She was inducted into the Tau chapter in spring of 2018 and has held multiple positions in Tau, including Historian, Excheque-Elect, Excheque, and Directorum, as well as on a Supreme level on the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Committee. On campus, Felicia was heavily involved in the Peer Mentor Program for 4 years and later served as Senior Peer Mentor & Co-chair of the Peer Mentor Advisory Board. Additionally, she is currently the Vice-President of the Sigma chapter of Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society. Off campus, she is a pharmacy intern at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the Central Inpatient Pharmacy and Sterile Products Room. Felicia has been to 35 countries and enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and paddle boarding.

Brittany Henault was born and raised in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. She is currently in her third professional year of pharmacy school at Western New England University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Brittany was inducted into the Delta Tau chapter spring of 2020 and served as philanthropy chair from 2020-2021, where she raised over 1k for the Lustgarten Foundation. Brittany is currently a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Pharmacy. She is thrilled to begin her involvement with AZO on the supreme level this year.
